What should I do in the event of an accident or damage?

The appropriate action depends on the type of accident or damage:

  • Safety first: If anyone is injured, immediately contact emergency services.
  • Minor damage or self-caused accidents: If you’ve caused a minor bodywork issue or a self-accident and the car is still drivable, you can report the damage through the app. We’ll arrange the repair and a replacement car for you.
  • Non-drivable accidents: If the car can no longer be driven, contact Mobi24 directly via the app. They will coordinate towing and a replacement car. You must also register the accident or damage in the app afterward.
Accidents involving a third party: If another party is involved, make sure to fill out the accident report together and obtain the damage reference number from the third party. If there is any disagreement about the report, the police should be called immediately.
