How do I cancel my car subscription?

In your app, you can see when your subscription started and when your minimum contract duration ends. After this period, you can cancel at the end of any contract month.

Example:
If you received your car on January 14, 2024, with a minimum duration of 12 months, the earliest cancellation date is January 13, 2025. You would need to notify us via email by December 13, 2024, at the latest.
